I chose this hotel for an important appointment because it offers a meeting room that perfectly suited my needs. the staff were incredibly professional and helpful, making my stay seamless. the location is convenient, and the room was spacious and clean, which added to my overall positive experience.

One thing I missed during my stay was a reliable business center; it would have been beneficial for printing documents related to my work.

Food could have been better - maybe a variety or more fresh fruit.

The staff were second to none. There were numerous problems with our room and they bent over backward to accommodate us. You cannot find better, more helpful and thoughtful people.

The card key system is in horrific need of replacement -- we simply had no confidence in it and often wondered if we would ever be able to get into our room. The room we stayed in had an air conditioner that cooled the room but it did not dehumidify the steamy Florida air -- thus making for a room that was okay (but only okay) temperature wise, but seriously damp. We told the staff about this problem only when we checked out after our 5 night stay because we felt we had been such a bother for them about our continually malfunctioning card keys.

The breakfast here is top-notch, with tasty foods like cheese omelets and smoked sausage 🍳. The rooms are always well-stocked and super clean, plus the beds are so comfy you'll never want to leave!

This place is clean, affordable, and the rooms are well equipped, with attentive staff providing a pleasant stay.

Belgian Waffle for breakfast, yummi. Asked for late check out, was no problem.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed here. The beds are extremely comfortable :) The rooms are spacious, nice size bath and good shower. Friendly and helpful staff and a big car park.

Breakfast. The only healthy option is a banana or an orange ...or an apple but I guess it isn't organic so I wouldn't eat that. If you aren't looking for healthy food then it's gonna be a pretty good breakfast for you here ...toast, jam (jelly), butter, peanut butter, muffins, bagels, eggs, bacon, waffles, syrup, various cereals ...in various colours (colors), yogurts & milk ...no dairy free options. Typhoo tea (black tea) and coffee. I will stay here again on my next visit though, I just skip breakfast.

The rooms here are well-stocked and have a modern touch. Each room also has its own bathroom, which is a plus! The staff are super friendly and efficient, always responding quickly to whatever you might need. 😊

Had to drive to find eating establishments

The bed was very comfortable.

I was told that our room would have a whirlpool tub. Upon arrival we found no whirlpool tub in the room. The front desk said that it was not available. This was the only reason we wanted to stay here. I paid way too much money for this room. Plus the shower/tub was pretty dirty. I would like a refund or even a partial refund. Highly disappointed and will not use Booked.net again!

The staff here are really friendly and helpful. The room is up-to-date, with comfy beds and a spacious bathroom. Checking in was easy and the staff were welcoming 😊.

Its location in De Land was comfortable and excellent, next to the beach, stores and restaurants and the historic district, shop, and restaurants. It also was near everything.

They called to tell you a pizza was coming up to verify visitors.

Got coffee for in room coffeemaker the first day I checked in. After that never got another pack. ..never even cleaned coffee maker for 5 days (waited to see). Half the times did not sweep floors. Tons of animals. Just over all a big no.
